Return & Exchanges

At House of Snooze, each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • An unboxing video must be recorded clearly while opening the package.
  • The defect must be visible in the video.
  • Claims made without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

As our pieces are made with care and in limited quantities, we are unable to offer exchanges for sizing preferences, change of mind, or minor colour variations due to lighting/screen differences.
